How do I receive my package?

Your Recital in a Box theme package will be sent to you via email upon purchase. The email will include a link for download and contain all the tracks included in your selected theme.

What if I ordered a theme package but never received an email, or the link didn't work?

We apologize if something got lost in transit. Please check your junk/promotional folders to see if it got sent somewhere other than your inbox. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll try and help sort things out.

 

How do I use the recorded tracks provided?

How you use them, and which you use, is completely up to you. Each Recital in a Box theme package comes with several interlude tracks for you to intersperse throughout your planned and rehearsed dance numbers as you see fit. Each package generally includes an introduction track that welcomes audience and clarifies certain expectations (i.e. silencing phones, waiting between dance numbers to enter and exit, etc.), a closing track that thanks audience and closes show, an optional "dad dance" track, and occasionally multiple versions of the same track to be selected at your discretion. What if my recital has more dance numbers than the interlude tracks offered in the theme package?

Each Recital in a Box theme package is produced to include several interlude tracks to carry throughout your recital. These tracks can be used at your discretion and introduce every dance number, if your dance numbers and the tracks offered are equal. Or the tracks can be spread out periodically to accommodate larger shows with a greater amount of dance numbers.

What if I would like alterations made to the theme and tracks offered in the package?

Alterations or personalizations can be made to any theme but there will be an added cost. Simply contact us with the details of what you would like done and we will get back to you with a price and timeline for completion.

What if I would like a custom theme created for my recital?

We would love to create a new show for you. Simply contact us with the details of what you would like done and we will get back to you with a price and timeline for completion.

Once I buy a theme package, do I own it?

You own the tracks we send you, to use at your discretion as often as you like. However, we own the creative copyright and kindly ask that you do not share or re-sell your package, as to avoid violation of piracy laws.
